Our products are warranted against defects in workmanship and materials for a period of time* starting from the date of original purchase. In the event that the product is not in good working order during the warranty period, CAMEL will provide free repair service and/or replacement of defective parts if needed. Return the item to the retailer or to any of our authorized service centers, along with a fully completed warranty card and an original copy of proof of purchase** in order to avail the warranty service. (No proof of purchase. No warranty service.) Free repair services continue after the expiration of the warranty period. This protection policy is subject to the terms and conditions thereof and applies only when the product is purchased from an authorized CAMEL APPLIANCES dealer.
